Week 2 was full of exciting football action. Our girls’ team played two matches in the ACSIS competition, achieving convincing victories in both. On Monday 20 April, they played at home against NPSI, winning 7–1. The second half was especially impressive, with the team showing great focus, playing as a unit, and demonstrating their passion and respect for the game. On Thursday 23 April, our players travelled to NIS. From the very first minute, the Pelicans applied high pressure and dominated the match, securing a strong 0–5 victory and keeping the opposition largely out of their half throughout the game. Meanwhile, the U12 boys also played on Thursday 23 April against MIS. It was a tough and intense match, and although they fought hard, they were unable to secure the win. The U8 boys played friendly matches on Tuesday at DCSG. They had a fantastic time, showed great enthusiasm, and delivered a very good performance.
Upcoming matches, come along and support our teams!
