An ECA List (PDF) was sent out to families via email.  It’s also a reminder to ensure a SchoolsBuddy account is active and updated. As this is used to sign up for ECAs.

The ECA selection + payment went live on SchoolsBuddy on March 31th, 7pm and closes Tuesday 7^th April, 8am.

Week beginning March 28^th the website and contact details of our external vendors were made available.

ECA selection guidelines:

1. One free ECA per student. Select your one preference and the system will allocate it once registration closes.
2. A first-come, first-served system now applies only to paid ECAs.
3. Some activities, such as Netball, require a minimum of 8 students. If this number is not met, the activity will be cancelled. You will be informed and an alternative will be arranged.
4. There is no longer a requirement to select a minimum number of ECAs, allowing greater flexibility.
5. Students may withdraw from an ECA within the first two weeks to allow for settling in, while maintaining continuity. Please note that withdrawn activities cannot be replaced with another option.
6. Barça ECA and Floorball ECA have changed days due to increased demand and space availability (MPH and pitch). As the school grows, demand for popular activities continues to rise, alongside the availability of coaches.
7. As registration provides a one-week window, extensions will not be possible. This is due to the time required for review and any necessary reallocation by the IT Department and ECA team.
8. Families should have received Bus arrangements with Kaye Transport.
