1.⁠ ⁠On March 21 an ECA List (PDF) will be sent out to families via email. This will allow time to plan, commit and avoid clashes. It’s also a reminder to ensure a SchoolsBuddy account is active and updated. As this is used to sign up for ECAs.

2.⁠ ⁠The ECA selection + payment goes live on SchoolsBuddy on Tuesday, March 24 5pm. 

3.⁠ ⁠Please ensure your email is up to date to receive information. 

NB: Selections are a first come first serve AND next best options still apply as per Term 2. This is based on availability. We put a cap to numbers to make it conclusive. 

Parents whose child is in a school sports team (e.g., ACSICS football or badminton) will receive an email from the teacher in charge. Same as World Scholars Cup, Duke of Edinburgh and LAMDA Drama. These ECAs will retain and rollover to term 3, automatically. 

Moving forward with the new academic year in August, there will be changes and improvements made with regards to ECAs.
